 The media were all over reports that an unpaid advisor to Barack Obama called Hillary Clinton a "monster" in what she thought was an off-the-record remark.
Wow. Really? What happened to thick-skinned, ready-on-day-one, red-phone-at-three-AM-answering, world-traveling former co-president Hillary Clinton? "Aaaahh!!! I'm tellin'! That lady called me the m-word!"?
 Put on your big girl panties, Hillary. There's gonna be a lot worse coming your way, just as there has been all along and since the 90s.
Seriously, it's hard to control people in campaigns. There's no reason to get bent out of shape, or even let your supporters or campaign bent out of shape over a relatively harmless comment like that. (Unless you're a little sensitive because it's true...)
In other news, one of Hillary's staffers was roundly reprimanded and assigned to toilet scrubbing detail for calling Barack Obama a "big doody-head".
Anyone remember that we're in a war? And that the economy is wrecked? And that our constitution has been gutted, and civil rights violated every day? I think it's high-time that Britney Spears flash her nasty bits once again, or give one of her kids a beer in front of the press. Anything to keep the plebes occupied so our nation can work out just what in the hell we're going to do to un-fu** this huge cluster that George W. Bush and the rest of his band of merry idiots have left behind.
